La Hirondelle 82

A Class 40 is nonchalantly readied for launch. Slung beneath a mobile crane, on the Loctudy quay.

The sun is warm and the tide is out. There is time aplenty, to shoot the breeze, before the day’s mission can be completed.

There has been a brief break in the weather. Allowing Stargazer to enjoy a brisk beat, across Benodet Bay. To slip in beneath the chequered Perdrix beacon, at low water. When there is least current running through the Loctudy pontoons.
