La Hirondelle 85

An autumnal morning fog abruptly lifts. To reveal a glassy calm sea lapping the beach.

My inner tranquility is momentarily shattered, by a call from the marina. Stargazer must leave by eleven, to make way for a regatta.
I protest that there is no wind; and that I had been looking forward to seeing the regatta fleet.

An alternative berth is found. (Stargazer shows up on the computer as a visitor of long standing). Peace settles once more, like a balm.
