Zen Again 105

The breeze falls still, after its wild weekend. Crews, on a tighter timetable than Stargazer's, motor onward. Leaving the Port La Foret visitor pontoon near deserted, for the day.

Stargazer's skipper is hoping that this will help our cause for tomorrow. When twelve knots of summer breeze is forecast. We mean to pay a visit to Sainte-Marine. Our first.

On the Odet river, it has been much recommended during our travels. But is notorious for both its popularity and a four knot tidal stream. A combination which can make for challenging berthing.

Our plan is to arrive for ten thirty in the morning. When the tide will be slack, at low water; and, I am hoping, visting craft will be setting sail for the day. Enticed by the fair breeze. Thus creating space on the visitor pontoon.

Sea fog may prove a complicating factor, early on. Tomorrow will tell.
