A sharp edged shaft of sunlight cleaves the rain cleansed air. Heightening shadow, intensifying colour. Whilst a rising westerly breeze skims above the clifftop, to lend life to Stargazer's sleeping flags.
Through the day a fine mizzle has fallen. Whilst the sun has set sea and sand aglow, from behind a gauzy veil of cloud. Drying the drops almost as they land.
Marking a change to the settled weather pattern, of sunshine and light airs.
The wind, a zephyr today, is forecast to fill in from the west overnight. Blowing twelve to eighteen knots by tomorrow.
Stargazer's anchorage is secure, from the west through to south east.
But a passage making westerly is a fair breeze for the Vendee. Seemingly on offer for tomorrow only.
