More granite and less water is on show, in the Canal de l'Ile de Batz, by the day. As the peak spring tide approaches.
Small figures, dwarfed by the scale of the secenery, follow the retreating sea. Wading out amongst the wrack and the rock pools.
Sifting for sea creatures, which have yet to escape to deeper water.
Armed with sturdy nets and watchful eyes.
The breeze meanwhile is taking things easy. Puffing fitfully from the north and east. Girding its loins, for twenty four hours of stiff easterly headwinds. Followed by twenty four hours of solid southwesterlies.
When that period of fair wind falls, in relation to the daily tidal cycle, will decide Stargazer's next passage.
